We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. All prices are quoted in USD.
We DO NOT accept COD, personal checks or Cash for any orders. No order will be shipped until proper payment is received.
Shipping
Orders are shipped by FEDEX Ground shipping. Customers wanting expedited shipping will be responsible for actual costs above the standard the standard shipping charge.
All orders will receive emailed tracking and delivery information at the time of shipment.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6% will be added to all orders.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates make a wonderful gift. To purchase, visit our online store and choose from a variety of dollar amounts. Please remember that Gift Certificates are the same as cash, and therefore cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Returns/Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with any of our products, Zoe Blais Organic Anti Aging Skin Care accepts returns within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team at returns@zoeblais.com in order to receive a return authorization number.
Please report any problems that have occurred during shipping or questions about a product to our offices within 30 days of receipt.
